If your datafeed cannot be downloaded you need to check the following aspects:
- the link to the datafeed should be valid and begin with http://, https:// or ftp:// depending on each case;
- the datafeed should not be protected by user/password (if this is the case, they should be included in the download link);
- the datafeed should not be restricted by protecting access on the directory or by an IP based restriction;
- access to the datafeed should not use redirections from JavaScript or meta nor should you use cookies or server sessions to protect access to it;
- if you are using an IP based restriction, you must grant permissions for downloading the feed to the IP addresses used by ShopMania.
