My products appear on the site with no photos. Why?

First of all you have to take into account the fact that photos appear on the site a few hours after the products.
If, however, you think that there is a problem, you first need to check the following:

- that the photos in the datafeed are correct (the path to the image will display the correct one - you can test this in a browser);
- that your images do not have watermark. Otherwise they have been automatically rejected and you have to provide photos without watermark and notify us when the problem is solved;
- that there are no download restrictions on the image folder on the server where your site is located.

If your photos still don’t appear on the site a few hours after the products do, please contact us by e-mail.
