These are some of the reasons that may lead to inconsistencies regarding category correspondence:
- Your store has a Basic account. For basic stores category correspondence is made automatically based on their containing products and certain other parameters. There are cases when products cannot be included in specific categories and are listed in the Others category. In order to benefit from a custom classification of your categories, we recommend that you buy a Premium Package.
- The category of your products is incomplete. The Category field should include the category name exactly as it appears on your website and it should contain the full path, from the root category to the final subcategory where the product is actually listed. E.g.: IT / Components / Motherboards
- The categories in your datafeed contain mixed products. If the datafeed has categories that include products corresponding to several ShopMania categories, then the products from those categories can only be classified on the basis of certain parameters and keywords. In this case there may be products that cannot be included in specific categories and are listed in the Others category.
