What is a bid?

The bid is the amount of money that a store is willing to pay when a user clicks on one of its products. The cost of a click is also known as Cost-per-Click (CPC). As a merchant, you set your bid by category (e.g. fragrances) or by product.

Each product category has an associated minimum bid, which is actually the lowest value that can be set up as a bid for that specific category.

In order to be valid, the value of a bid must be at least equal to the value of the minimum bid set for that specific product category.

The maximum bid value is $1.50 and it applies to all categories in the ShopMania system.

You can change the value of your bids at any time.
