We cannot assure you they will be listed, but it’s better if you try. You will definitely have nothing to lose if you register your store on the ShopMania system!
You have to take into account that certain categories are not displayed because there are no products of that type. In case the categories do not exist, we can add them if we consider they are of interest.
In the worst case, we will inform you that the listing of your products is not possible and that we will proceed listing your products when we have new categories or when we find an alternative solution.
Sometimes, due to the large number of stores that we process, the approval may take up to 3-4 working days.
You will surely receive an answer regarding your application. Every registration is processed and will be answered to as soon as possible.
However, there is the possibility that the confirmation e-mail we sent did not get to you for several reasons. In this case, if more than a week passed since you applied and you did not get any reply, please contact us on the email address support@shopmania.com, mentioning the initial data of registration. Make sure that you provide a valid e-mail address on which you are sure to receive an answer.
In order to be accepted in our system, your site has to fulfill the conditions of registration. In the rejection e-mail we usually specify the reason for the rejection, but if we omit to do so, please contact us for details.
When all the registration conditions are met, please reply to our rejection e-mail mentioning the way you solved your problems and we will review your application.
- First of all you have to make sure that you try to log in on the right page Merchant Account. This page can also be accessed from the bottom menu in the page's footer.
- Secondly, you have to make sure that the password is well written, without spaces and without having the Caps Lock activated.
- Thirdly, if you still cannot log in, try to generate a new password from the page for Forgot Password.
If you still cannot access your account, all you need to do is contact us by e-mail support@shopmania.com.
It is important that the e-mail be sent from the e-mail address you used to register. This will be the one used for reply.
For the time being, you can only list your products on the site corresponding to one country. Registration on several sites will trigger the rejection of the application.
